PROJECT MANAGER
Brian Balsmann brings over twenty years of multifaceted experience working in the Architecture and Construction fields, managing projects through all phases of design and construction. As a Project Manager with DILLE POLLARD ARCHITECTURE he is responsible for design and production of construction drawings, specifications, and renderings as well as overseeing projects during the construction phase. He is experienced in commercial, residential, higher education, food service, agricultural, and military projects, as well as housing and urban development.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Resource Management from Southern Illinois University, with an emphasis on Architecture and project management. His work experience has helped him develop a wide range of technical knowledge in the Architecture field which he brings to DILLE POLLARD ARCHITECTURE.
Brian, Stacy, and their daughter are native Southeast Missourians who have longstanding relationships in the area. Brian is an avid hockey fan and goalie who also enjoys reading, playing guitar and ukulele. He has volunteered as a coach for local youth sports including ice hockey, baseball, and football.
