Brett Patrick Dille, AIA is a principal with DILLE POLLARD Architecture. In this role, he provides oversight and leadership working with many clients, consultants, contractors and professional staff in all aspects of the industry including marketing, programming, planning, design, cost estimating, construction documents, bidding and construction administration.

Having developed a solid background as a professional Architect since 1988, Brett has diverse experience with many building types including educational facilities, FEMA safe rooms, office buildings, financial institutions, commercial/retail, religious facilities and multi-family. He always strives to balance the program, design, budget and schedule for each individual project.

After graduating from one of the nation’s leading Architecture schools, Kansas State University, Brett worked in Kansas City, Missouri for over 14 years. He is proud to have established the practice in his hometown of Poplar Bluff, Missouri since 2003. His formal education, professional experience and studies abroad in Western Europe have proven to be a valuable asset in producing quality projects.

He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and International Building Code Council (IBCC).

Brett truly believes in the “team approach” of building strong, trusting relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and professional staff which is essential in developing successful projects which everyone involved can take pride in.
