what others are saying

Dille Pollard Architecture has been a pleasure to work with. Their staff have been professional and congenial. They have worked through and incorporated suggestions by city staff, volunteer boards and the general public. They have been patient with our processes and responsive to our needs. Even better, they have proved highly qualified and capable of delivery the type of project our community expects and deserves. Thus far, they continue to meet the high standards for service they established on previous projects with the City of Perryville. They have become a trusted partner and we look forward to a continued relationship in the future.

Brent Buerck, City Administrator for the City of Perryville, MO

Dille Pollard Architecture has worked with us on over $20 million dollars of projects.  They have worked with the college to develop and keep updated a comprehensive master plan for the campus and every step of the way we have been able to depend on them to be the highest quality partner imaginable.  Dille Pollard is the firm for us to ensure a successful project!

Dr. Wesley Payne, President, Three Rivers College

Dille Pollard Architecture has done an excellent job guiding the administration throughout the entire design and building process. They worked closely with me and our staff to ensure that the design of the FEMA Safe Room met our needs as it was integrated to the existing facility. They continued to follow through to the end of construction working with the contractor ensuring that all details were met. I recommend Dille Pollard Architecture for not only design and project management, but for their effective capability to track and manage the project budget.
