About us
DILLE POLLARD, LLC is a full-service architectural firm founded in 2003 by Brett P. Dille and Ben Traxel with the goal to provide quality architectural and planning services to southeast Missouri, northeast Arkansas, southern Illinois, western Kentucky, western Tennessee and Kansas. Michael Pollard joined the firm in 2014 and in January of 2020, he became managing partner, and the name transitioned to DILLE POLLARD Architecture.
The partners of our firm have a broad range of experience in many different project types such as correctional facilities, fire houses, schools, libraries, financial institutions, auditoriums, churches, office buildings, retail, health care, residential (both single and multi-family housing), industrial facilities, and master planning. Our experience has allowed us to develop a diversified portfolio of completed projects in Southeast Missouri and surrounding areas.
Each project receives individual, immediate, and continual attention by a principal of DILLE POLLARD Architecture. Work generally begins with an analysis of a client’s needs and continues through construction with strict attention to aesthetics, function, detail, and budgetary constraints. We have the resources and experience needed to handle all projects and schedules and have a proven commitment to exceed the expectations of our clients. Through the use of advanced electronic technology, we are able to provide clear and concise construction documentation on an accelerated schedule.
Our professional approach working with a team of experts helps produce a finished product for which we can all be proud. This team consists of not only our Client but engineering firms, interior design firms and other consultants with numerous years of field experience. We also take pride in working well throughout the construction process with the Building Contractors for each project until final completion.
Our goal, through collaboration with the client, is to provide an exceptional design that equally balances aesthetics, functions, and budgets.
